Hi, Just a short words about Ama whom I call the kids lover, why because she’s soo into kids and there’s something in her that draws kids to herself and due to that kids found it hard oftentimes to let her go. Then, you might consider offering a higher rate of pay to keep things fair if you’re asking for any help with things like tutoring or chores around the house - or if you know your kids can be a handful for even the most patient of sitters!
