Ana was a volunteer in our NGO (Sifais) for three months and she was around +15 children for several hours, including playtime and class time. She handled everything well and even thought she wasn’t 100% fluent in Spanish at the time she was able to communicate well with the kids and they were always happy when they were placed with her.

Then, you might consider offering a higher rate of pay to keep things fair if you’re asking for any help with things like tutoring or chores around the house - or if you know your kids can be a handful for even the most patient of sitters!
