Nadine is an amazing babysitter. She takes care of our three small kids (1, 3 and 5) with no problem. The house feels calm and in control when she’s around. She’s creative with games and ways to get kids to do stuff. She can put the kids to sleep and help around dinner, we always have a good safe feeling when she is with our kids.

Then, you might consider offering a higher rate of pay to keep things fair if you’re asking for any help with things like tutoring or chores around the house - or if you know your kids can be a handful for even the most patient of sitters!
