Juliana's was an absolute life saver, helping us with our 11-week old baby through a busy period as we prepared to move our family overseas. Her love for and experience with children was immediately evident. She is knowledgeable and very capable of looking after young babies independently, but also made sure to check in with us on our wishes and preferences. She was also very flexible, often coming at short notice or working dynamic hours where we needed extra support. On top of all this, Juliana is warm and an all round pleasure to deal with. Wish we could have taken her with us on the move. Highly recommend her!!
