By far the best babysitter we've ever had! She is very sweet with our 1 year old, very positive, playful, confident, hands-on/can do. Proactively offering to help with things in the house as well. My daughter sometimes even prefers to sit on her lap while I'm next to her which never happened before as she is very mommy attached. After every day with Mercedes we see that she had such a great day.
