Shari has taken care of my children for many years, from baby onwards. She takes great care in her work and likes to interact with the kids. She is very responsive and reliable and doesn’t mind to cook (and clean up after) and the kids always had a great time with her. They saw her as a big sister and actually so did I! She is a warm and kind hearted person and I wish everyone a Shari around their kids.

Then, you might consider offering a higher rate of pay to keep things fair if you’re asking for any help with things like tutoring or chores around the house - or if you know your kids can be a handful for even the most patient of sitters!
