Joselyn is such a friendly person who is very socially skilled. She did a great job watching my 2 little girls, she picked them up from school, cooked diner and played games with them. My girls didn’t want another nanny after her.

Then, you might consider offering a higher rate of pay to keep things fair if you’re asking for any help with things like tutoring or chores around the house - or if you know your kids can be a handful for even the most patient of sitters!
